- The calisthenics park at Reuterstraße 10 opened in November 2024 next to the Blueberry children's and youth centre, on the rebuilt site of the former Käpt'n-Blaubär-Spielplatz, funded through Städtebauförderung in the Karl-Marx-Straße/Sonnenallee redevelopment area. The same project replaced the concrete football pitch with a large blue synthetic field, added an area for younger children and the play sculptures Seemannsgarn (2022) and Strandgut; the predecessor playground had been built in 2001-2002 as compensation for the Neukölln Arcaden. - The building next to the site opened on 24 January 2025 as the youth club Rahim-Yildirim-Haus at Reuterstraße 10, 12053 Berlin, run by Outreach gGmbH for young people aged 14 to 21.
