- The Fritz-Encke-Volkspark in Köln-Raderthal was laid out in 1922-1926 by the then Cologne Gartenbaudirektor Fritz Encke, who added a Naturtheater, a Reigenplatz (dance green) and a reading garden as usable park spaces.
