Calisthenics-Anlage Nordhaide Ost
Train at Calisthenics-Anlage Nordhaide Ost, an open-air calisthenics park in Munich.
Good to know
- Since October 2025 a calisthenics facility has complemented the parkour elements already standing on the sports and play grounds on Neuherbergstraße in Milbertshofen-Am Hart. In the same year the city building department (parks division) built a new skate facility there for beginners and advanced skaters and surfaced the former dirt-bike track with asphalt, so that it now serves as a pump track all year round. There are also two asphalted small pitches for basketball and football, an open lawn with a volleyball net and a multi-purpose area for yoga, dance and gymnastics. Lighting for the skate facility is planned for 2026 so that it can be used safely in the evening as well. The municipal playground register lists the grounds as Nordhaide Ost.
